All Purchases Subjected To The Following Terms

Shipping times aren't the same as processing order time frame. Some items like bleached and dyed shirts can take up to 12-14 days to process before shipping especially if it's a shirt order I don't keep in stock. Turn around time is 15-20 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turn Around Time Does Not include weekends, holidays or owners vacation days. Turn Around time for ready to ship items are 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise.

No exchanges or returns are accepted on t-shirts, tumblers, coasters, etc. from Mama Dawn's Designs as all products are custom and sales final. Once your order is placed we do not cancel orders so please make sure you are 100% wanting your items before placing your order.  If you need an item by a certain time, please email me at mamadawnsdesigns@gmail.com before placing your order to ensure we can create and deliver that item in the timeframe you need it.

 Tee Care Instructions

  1. Turn printed shirts inside-out before washing. This will prevent other garments from rubbing against the print and the dreaded “pilling” of T-shirt fabric.
  2. Pre-treat areas with a stain remover spray. Do not add extra detergent. Commercial spray products are safe and work well. We recommend OxyClean.
  3. Gently buff stains with a clean washcloth.  Do not use brushes or anything abrasive. Working the fabric against itself can work if you don’t have a washcloth.
  4. Separate similar colors, weight, and textures. Avoid overfilling the washer or adding heavy materials such as jeans and towels, which can aggravate the fabric.
  5. Use mild detergent with cold water on a gentle cycle. Warm water, harsh detergents, and aggressive wash cycles are the number one things that damage tees.
  6. Recommended Hang dry.  If you choose to use dryer please tumble on lowest heat setting. 

Tumbler Care Instructions:

  • Hand wash only
  • Avoid using abrasive cleaners and sponges
  • Not dishwasher safe
  • Not microwave safe
  • Do not soak
  • Tumblers are sensitive to extreme temperatures. We do not recommend leaving your tumblers in the car for extended periods, or in the fridge or freezer (Leaving your tumbler in the fridge or freezer can result in breaking the vacuum seal which will not keep your drinks hot or cold)
  • They are not shatterproof, so please treat your tumblers with care! All Tumblers can crack or chip if dropped, we cannot be responsible for mishandling.

RETURN POLICY/REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our work, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unless it is a mistake that we made on our end. If this happens, you have 48 hours from the date of delivery to reach out to us about any issues with your product(s). Refunds will NOT be given, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed, however, an exchange will be granted. You as the consumer is responsible to get the item back to us (item must be in the original packaging). Once the item is received, and inspected for use an even exchanged will be given but if your item appears to have been used it will be sent back to you and no exchanged will be processed. Always read product descriptions before purchasing. 

Your satisfaction is VERY important to us, so we will strive to make every order right! However, please note if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information being provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your personalized details, messages/note to seller before sending your order.

If your purchase arrives damaged or has inaccurate items, please send me an email to mamadawnsdesigns@gmail.com within 3 days.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS/UPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS/UPS.

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. MDD is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.

Once your order has been placed, we CANNOT make any changes. This prevents us from making any mistakes and delaying your order. Please do not inquire about your order through social media. For a prompt response, we kindly ask that you contact us here.

We do not send daily/regular order updates. We wish we could, but we do not have enough hours in the day, and we try to get as much work time as possible to get orders out in a timely manner. This takes time away from us being able to do that.

Because these items are custom & handmade, we do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges.
